1, Excavator instrument or controller water
If the internal controller enters water enters when it is charged, basically the internal circuit board copper foil will be completely burned, oxidized and cannot be repaired; in addition, the controller plug harness will enter the water, which will cause the pins of the computer board to oxidize, resulting in pin insertion. Poor contact with solder joints on the board.
2, Throttle motor malfunction or abnormal operation
Motor overheating and short circuit is very easy to cause the computer panel throttle control circuit to burn out. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to keep the throttle motor clean and clean, and reduce the probability of failure. In addition, when the excavator is powered on, the throttle motor connecting rod is pulled. If you use strong force to pull the throttle motor connecting rod, it may cause the computer board to burn out.
3, Poor contact of battery wire pile head, oxidation of contact surface
The electrical system on the excavator is the same as the electrical appliance in the home. The poor contact of the fuse can easily lead to the burning of the bulb. Poor contact of the battery wire pile head and oxidation of the contact surface will greatly increase the probability of damage to the computer board and the meter, so it is also important to ensure the contact of the battery pile head.
4, Battery line reverse
This is not a small problem. If the battery cable is connected to the light, the fuse will be burnt, and the power circuit and CPU of the controller will be burned out. Some of the excavator lines have diodes on the line. If the power supply is reversed, these are basically the same. The diode will also be burned out.
When the cold day digging machine is difficult to start, add the battery to the 36 volt power supply to start the machine.
If this method of operation is operated on a machine with a computer-controlled board of a newer model, it may cause problems, and it is easy to burn out the main power relay and the safety relay, causing the internal coil to be short-circuited, and the computer board and instrument on the excavator are also followed. It is going to burn out.
5, Manual misoperation
When many people suspect that an electronic part is not working properly, it will use the short circuit method to test whether the line is normal. This method is very harmful and is not recommended.
